The academies of the city are divided into their own districts and are mostly considered independent.

The General Students Council serves as a governing board to manage academies as a whole. However, since the mysterious disappearance of the General Council of Students Council, the ability to rule the group has stopped. In the absence of the President’s leadership, countless issues have started coming to the surface throughout the kivotos.

To avoid disaster, the General Student Council requests aid to aid from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as a scale. In fact, SCALE is the newest club in the city and is the last to be approved before the President’s disappearance.

To complete your task, the scale depends on the guidance of a sensi that can help them solve the events around the kivotos.
