After transferring from Tokyo to Hokkaido only, high school student Tsubasa Shiki decided to find out the picturesque winter landscape he could never experience in the country’s capital. It only takes a moment for the ideal view of Tsubasa’s most northern province in Japan, as sheer cold and horrific air quickly overwhelms it. Trying to find a way to his new house, Tsubasa walks in Minami Fuuki – a talkative and friendly Hokkaido native, despite the cold, is wearing a short skirt. The girl wastes no time to stop a conversation, and Tsubasa realizes that the winter season is not all that is too much to handle her.

The next day, Tsubasa is surprised to know that not only is the fuyuki in his orbit, but his seat is also next to him. With the frequent progress of Phuuki, the young man soon fascinated life in Hokkaido and the beautiful girl determines to get closer to her. As he deepens his relationship with Fuyuki and meets other fashionable girls of his school, Tsubasa realizes that Hokkaido Gals are really adorable.
